Nik Paparo

Nik Paparo has extensive experience in human resources and client management. From 2003 to 2007, Nik served as an Account Manager at TeleTech, focusing on client program performance, sales, and customer satisfaction. Following this role, Nik was with Sitel as an HR Manager from July 2007 to August 2009, where responsibilities included employee relations, recruitment, and staff development. In October 2009, Nik joined Canadian Blood Services as a Senior HR Consultant, providing expert advice in challenging situations and managing employee relations until November 2023. Currently, Nik is an HR Business Partner at Vale, having started in October 2023. Nik holds a Bachelor's degree in English/Humanities from Laurentian University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Cambrian College.
