Nikolas Oliveira

Nikolas Oliveira is currently an Analista de Performance do Negócio at Vale, where they focus on processes, programs, and initiatives aimed at cost reduction and the implementation of artificial intelligence for asset monitoring. Previously, Nikolas held various roles at Ferrous Resources do Brasil, including Analista de Gestão e Qualidade JR and Assistente de Gestão, Qualidade e Performance, providing support for continuous improvement initiatives and performance management. They also served as an Analista de Inovação SR at Vale, managing innovation projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic objectives. Nikolas began their career as an Aprendiz and later worked as a Controlador de Tráfego, gaining valuable experience in operational data management and performance indicators. Additionally, they are pursuing an MBA at USP/Esalq from 2023 to 2025.
