Paula has 17 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong expertise in PCM, and holds an MBA in Production and Maintenance Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. They made history as the first woman to lead a team in Preventive Maintenance and Inspection of Conveyor Belt Mechanics at the Tubarão Unit in Vitória, ES. Paula has received multiple awards for outstanding performance in Health and Safety and for continuous improvement initiatives.
