Pierce Belanger

Pierce Belanger is an experienced electrician currently serving as a Shift Electrician at Vale's South Mine Copper Cliff Complex since October 2024. Prior to this role, Pierce worked as a Licensed Electrician at Meglab Powered by Epiroc from February 2023 to October 2024, and at Technica Mining from May 2018 to March 2023, where responsibilities included construction and electrical tasks at the Copper Cliff North Mine and electrical construction at the Copper Cliff South Mine Project. Earlier experience includes working as an Apprentice Electrician at Coleman Mine, contributing to the construction of various infrastructure, and participating in electrical maintenance and construction projects at Craig Mine and Wesdome Eagle River Complex. Pierce holds a degree in Electrical Engineering Technician from Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology, with studies completed between 2015 and 2018.
