Rachel Maia is the Founder and CEO of RM Cia 360 & International Trade, focusing on social and environmental impact and international trade. They have held CEO positions at notable brands, including Lacoste, Pandora, and Tiffany & Co., and currently thrive as the chair of the Global Compact Brazil and an independent advisor at Vale and Hypera. Additionally, Rachel established the Capacita-me Institute in 2018 to enhance education and employability for vulnerable individuals. In recognition of their leadership in inclusion and social responsibility, Rachel received an honorary doctorate from Estácio de Sá University in 2024.
