Rafael Arantes

Rafael Arantes, MBA, IPMA-D®, PMP®, is an accomplished professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as an Analista Gestão de Desempenho Especialista at Vale since January 2023. As the owner of RAR Consultoria since January 2018, Rafael provides enterprise consulting in project planning based on FEL methodology and PMI best practices. Previous experience includes managing projects at Norsk Hydro and strategic performance oversight at Fundação Renova, along with roles at Samarco, Time-Now Engenharia S/A, Geraes Construtora, and EMAP MONTAGENS, focusing on planning, monitoring, and project coordination. Rafael holds a degree in Civil Production Engineering from Universidade FUMEC, an MBA in Investments and Private Banking from Ibmec, and an MBA in Project Management from FGV.
