Rairane Barreto

Rairane Barreto is a Senior Engineer specializing in the implementation of social value works at Vale. They graduated in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Ouro Preto and hold an MBA in Contracts and Bidding Management from PUC-Minas, along with a postgraduate degree in Leadership and People Management from Escola Conquer. Rairane began their career as an intern in infrastructure at Samarco, gained international experience in Lebanon as a structural design trainee, and has since worked extensively in project management and contract oversight with Fundación Renova. Currently, they manage teams and lead strategic initiatives in large-scale projects.
