Ralpher Guimarães

Ralpher Guimarães is a civil engineer with a robust background in structural design and project management, having graduated in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Espírito Santo and earned an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Ralpher has worked in various roles, including as a Senior Civil Engineer and Contracts Manager at Vale since 2018, where they manage service contracts and oversee the execution of construction projects. Previously, Ralpher gained valuable experience at Progen S.A., Time-Now Engenharia S/A, and Samarco, specializing in feasibility studies and detailed engineering. With a focus on FEM analysis and multidisciplinary projects, Ralpher has extensive knowledge in industrial sectors such as iron and mining.
