Raphael H. Hoepfner is an engineer with over 20 years of experience in large-scale industrial projects in the mining sector. They have worked on various projects both in Brazil and internationally, enhancing their skills in managing multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. Raphael has a holistic understanding of project implementation, contributing to project coordination, risk analysis and management, and governance definitions. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and a specialization in Project Management from Fundação Dom Cabral.
