Raphaela Moraes

Raphaela Moraes has extensive experience in environmental engineering, currently serving as the Environmental Coordinator at Vale since July 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the restoration of degraded areas for environmental compensation and the monitoring of fauna, flora, and limnology at specific mining sites in Pará. Prior to this role, Raphaela worked at Florestas Engenharia as a Forest Engineer from March 2016 to June 2021. Additional experience includes serving as the Supervisor of Environmental Management at Florestas Gestão Socioambiental between January 2012 and February 2016, focusing on project management and the creation of various environmental studies and programs. Raphaela began their career as an Environmental Analyst and interned in projects related to forestry and public health. Educational qualifications include a degree in Forest Engineering from Universidade Federal Rural da Amazônia and additional studies in Occupational Safety Engineering from FACI - Faculdade Ideal.
