Ray Taleghani has more than three decades of experience in the metallurgical field, currently serving as a Principal Metallurgist at Vale since December 2007, following a role as Senior Metallurgist. Prior to this, Ray worked as a Process Engineer at Ferro Alloy Industry Co from August 1991 to December 1994. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the University of Science & Technology, earned from 1987 to 1993.
