Robby Mustaqim is an experienced Human Resources Business Partner with a solid background across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, industrial electronics, and food processing. Robby began their career in recruitment and has since expanded their expertise to encompass learning and organization development, compensation and benefits policy, industrial relations, and HR digitalization. Notable roles include partnering with manufacturing plants at B. Braun Group and Schneider Electric, where they developed HR strategies and improved employee experience. Currently, Robby serves as a Senior HR Business Partner at Vale, contributing to Indonesia’s growth projects and corporate functions. Robby earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.
