Roberto Lourenço

Roberto Lourenço is a Senior Specialist in Capital Projects at Vale, with experience in implementing global projects, focusing on the North Atlantic Project Group, and employing methodologies such as VPS, Continuous Improvement, Change Management, and Lean/Agile. In a previous role as HR/Project Lead, Roberto defined and organized HR strategic performance indicators for C-Level executives and improved HR processes across operations in Canada, the UK, Japan, and China.
