Roberto Policarpo

Roberto Policarpo is an engineer at Vale, where they have served as the Production Scheduling and Control Manager for the Southeast Integrated Mining/Railway/Port system since 2008. They completed an exchange program with Posco Vale in South Korea in November 2009. From 2004 to 2008, they held the position of Quality Control Manager for Production and Shipping in the Ferrous Department, and prior to that, they worked as a Plant Operations Supervisor from 1998 to 2003. Roberto earned a degree in Mining Engineering from UFOP and has completed a postgraduate specialization in Business Management.
