Rodrigo Rios

Rodrigo Rios is a Maintenance and Operation Process Engineering Director with extensive experience in maintenance management and operational excellence within Vale. They have served as a Maintenance Manager at Vale Malaysia Minerals and at the Vargem Grande Pelletizing Plant, overseeing large teams and complex maintenance processes. Rios has held several leadership positions, including Executive Manager of Operational Excellence and Senior Manager for corporate operational excellence, focusing on the technical pillar of the Vale Production System. They hold a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and have pursued an MBA in Business Management and a postgraduate degree in Project Management.
