Scott Baiden

Scott Baiden, P.Eng, is a seasoned mining engineer with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Mining Engineer at Vale since March 2017, Scott has transitioned through roles including Mining Engineer and Engineer-in-Training (EIT). Prior to joining Vale, Scott worked at Penguin Automated Systems Inc. from April 2005 to March 2017, where responsibilities included positions as a Mining EIT and General Laborer. Scott holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Laurentian University, completed between 2009 and 2015.
