Selem Lauar

Selem Lauar is a senior professional with extensive experience in environmental management, sustainability, and ESG, having led complex projects for over a decade in sectors such as infrastructure, mining, and linear enterprises. Previously, Selem served as an Analyst and later as a Project Leader at MYR Projetos Sustentáveis and held positions including Environmental Coordinator and Supervisor at Ambientare and VLI Logística, respectively. Currently, Selem is an Environmental Analyst Master at Vale, where they manage high-impact projects like Brazil's first decharacterized tailings dam.
