Shawn Ash, P. Eng, has accumulated extensive experience in maintenance management and engineering, currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Vale since April 2019, having previously held the position of Fixed Plant Maintenance Superintendent. Prior to this role, Shawn Ash worked at Rio Tinto from May 2009, where responsibilities included Fixed Plant Maintenance Superintendent, Mobile Maintenance Superintendent, and Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, following an earlier tenure as Reliability Engineer and Maintenance Supervisor from August 2005 to April 2008.
