Stella Raydan is a Master Engineer of Structural Integrity currently working at Vale. They have over a decade of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on structural integrity in the mining sector, specializing in computational analyses and finite element methods. Stella has held technical leadership roles at Progen S.A. and thyssenkrupp, where they managed projects and conducted structural calculations for industrial equipment. They earned a Master of Business Administration in project management and a specialization in structures from their academic pursuits at Federal University of Minas Gerais and Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais.
