Steve Marcolin

Steve Marcolin has extensive experience in operations and maintenance management at Vale, beginning as a Transportation Operator and advancing to Superintendent Maintenance & Operations. In the current role, Marcolin oversees a department managing 20,000 to 35,000 tons of materials daily, coordinating logistics for various products including ore, slag, acid, and waste. Previous positions include Operations Supervisor/Dispatcher, responsible for a continuous operation delivering substantial daily shipments, and Special Projects Operations Coordinator, where Marcolin focused on scheduling and customer interface. Marcolin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Justice from Laurentian University.
