Susana Queiroz

Susana Queiroz has extensive experience in technology and process transformation, currently serving as Product Owner for Lowcode and Chatbots at Vale since June 2012. Susana has driven digital transformation initiatives in Finance through RPA, Chatbots, and Advanced Analytics. Prior roles at Vale include IT Analyst focused on Workforce Effectiveness, as well as technology liaison across business areas, leading SAP ERP project implementations related to Human Resources and Travel. Earlier career experience includes roles as an international consultant at Nettour Viagens e Turismo, providing corporate travel solutions for Vale's executive team, and as a sales agent at VARIG, where responsibilities included customer service and administrative tasks. Susana holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Estácio.
