Tábata Salgado

Tábata Salgado is a finance professional with consolidated experience in FP&A, controlling, financial economics, and project management. They have a strong background in budgeting, cost analysis, and CAPEX projects, as well as a track record of working with major companies to implement cost-saving initiatives. Currently, Tábata serves as Master FP&A for Ferrosos at Vale, where they coordinate a high-performance team, develop financial strategies, and conduct operational performance analyses. They hold an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
