Ulisses Silva

Ulisses Silva is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Vale S/A, with extensive experience in maintenance and engineering roles within the mining industry. They began their career with a vocational course in heavy mechanics and progressed through various positions at Vale, including Mechanical II and Maintenance Inspector, before joining the engineering team focused on equipment reliability and safety. Ulisses also worked at Concremat Engenharia e Tecnologia and Lyon Engenharia, and they hold an MBA in Maintenance Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia e Negócios FAENE and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Pará. Currently, they work at Arcadis Logos Energia S.A. while continuing to enhance operational safety and efficiency in their projects.
