They are adept in negotiation, team collaboration, and logistics, having utilized recognized methodologies like PDCA, PMO, and Agile in their work. Victor earned a Master’s degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from UFOP and is pursuing an Executive MBA in Management at Fundação Dom Cabral. Their previous roles include managing long-term production planning and strategic projects in various global settings, emphasizing sustainability and innovation in mineral processes.
