Vinicius Halfeld is a Senior Process Engineer with over 14 years of experience in port operations and supply chain management. Having worked for prominent companies such as Vale, Gerdau, and CSN, they are recognized for their expertise in industrial operations management, continuous improvement, and logistics process optimization. Vinicius holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas. They have also gained international experience in Malaysia and completed technical visits to several countries.
