Wagner Silva, CRP, is a reliability engineer with 17 years of experience, including 5 years in telecommunications and 12 years in mining. They currently lead the reliability program at the Port Terminal of Tubarão-Vitoria/ES, focusing on cost reduction, availability enhancement, and risk mitigation. Wagner has contributed significantly to process optimization and implemented advanced analytics methodologies such as RCM and FMEA during their tenure at Vale. They hold several advanced degrees, including an MBA in Project Management and a postgraduate degree in Reliability Engineering, as well as a CRP certification.
