Will Debastiani has extensive experience in water resources management and engineering. Currently serving as Water Resources Manager at Vale since 2014, Will has held multiple roles within the company, including Senior Technical Specialist and Master Engineer. Will's previous positions include Professor of Applied Hydrology at UNDB and Volunteer Consulting Engineer with the United Nations.
