David Tsao

David Tsao is the current advisor at Valence Security. David has also worked as the head of InfoSec (CISO) at BYTON, a venture advisor at YL Ventures, and a global information security officer (CISO) at Veeva Systems. Prior to that, they were the co-founder and board member of Gambassa from January 2014 to January 2021.

David Tsao attended Loma Linda University for their B.S. in Medicine. David then attended Pacific Union College for their field in Chemistry with an emphasis in Biochemistry. After that, they attended Chinese International School for their certification in CISSP. Finally, they attended IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals for their CIPP/E certification and ISACA for their CISM certification.
