Don Azrayev

Don Azrayev has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Don began their career in 1998 at ECI Telecom, where they worked as an Integrator and final testing engineer in the Integration department. Don'sresponsibilities included conducting final electrical testing of telecom electronics and detecting failures and defects in electronic cards and modules.

In 2000, Don Azrayev moved on to become a Team Manager of a Technician group in the Integration department at ECI Telecom. Don managed a team of 16 practical engineers in electronics and four repairs, overseeing the administration of the technical team and conducting integration and customer service operations.

From 2004 to 2009, Don Azrayev worked in the Engineering Department at ECI Telecom, where they had multiple roles. Don was responsible for introducing new electronic products to the manufacturing process, writing and registering engineering procedures and documentation, and working with different groups within the organization such as development, procurement, and marketing.

In 2009, Don Azrayev was promoted to the role of Team Leader of the OEM products FW Validation & Integration team in the ENG department at ECI Telecom. Don led a team of HW & SW embedded validation engineers, providing technical support and reporting directly to the ENG OEM Product Director. Don also defined and implemented testing and QA methodologies, test planning, manual testing, test automation, and test environment setups.

More recently, Don Azrayev worked at Valens starting in 2014 as a Senior HW & FW Validation Engineer in the QA/V&I group. Don'srole involved developing, writing, and performing HW and SW (FW) Validation & Integration tests for FPGA components and company ASIC chips based on HDBaseT™ technology. Don also identified HW and SW problems, reported bugs, and communicated with different groups in the company regarding the issues. Don Azrayev was also responsible for writing and maintaining testing documentations for verification, validation, and integration of FPGA/ASIC chips' hardware and software/firmware embedded.

Don Azrayev received their first Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, specializing in Analog & Digital Communication, from Dagestan State Technical University. Don attended this institution from 1990 to 1995. Subsequently, they pursued another Master's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, completing their studies from 2002 to 2004.
