Igor Sapiro

Igor Sapiro has extensive work experience in the field of VLSI circuit and CAD engineering. Igor most recently worked at Valens as a Senior VLSI Circuit and CAD Engineer starting in November 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Intel Corporation as a VLSI Senior CAD Engineer from May 2015 till October 2018. Igor also has a long tenure at Semi-Conductor Devices (SCD), starting in April 1998 and ending in May 2015, where they held roles such as VLSI Analog Designer, VLSI Senior CAD Engineer, and VLSI CAD Manager. In addition, they worked as a certified contractor from SCD at Toga Networks from April 2013 to July 2013 and at Transwitch Ltd from September 2007 to August 2012. Igor's career started in 1991 at the RAFAEL Technology Center of Innovations as an Electronic Design Engineer and Programmer, where they worked until 1998.

Igor Sapiro attended the University of Electronics and Telecommunications in St. Petersburg from 1979 to 1984. During this time, they pursued a M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering. Their studies encompassed various subjects including Programming, Measurements, and RF (Radio Frequency).
