Shay Deblinger

Shay Deblinger has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shay is currently working at Valens Semiconductor as a Senior Real Time Embedded Software Engineer. Prior to this, Shay worked at Essence Group, where they held two roles. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Real Time embedded Software Team Leader at the "Smart Security" division, managing a team of 5 developers responsible for developing and maintaining the company's security system sensors. From 2016 to 2019, Shay worked as a Real Time Embedded Software Engineer at the "Smart Home" division, focusing on developing and maintaining the company HUB. Before joining Essence Group, Shay worked at ESC BAZ as an Embedded Engineer from 2013 to 2016, and as a QA Engineer from 2011 to 2013. At ESC BAZ, they were responsible for firmware development and testing of the company's systems. Shay also has military experience, having worked as a System Engineer and Developer at the Israeli Military Intelligence Unit 8200 from 2006 to 2009, and as a Practical Engineer from 2004 to 2006.

Shay Deblinger pursued their education in the field of engineering. From 2003 to 2004, they attended Shapiro Netanya College of Technology, where they obtained a Practical Engineering degree specializing in Electronic Systems. Following this, from 2009 to 2012, Shay studied Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at Ariel University without obtaining a specific degree.
