Wade Janssen

Wade Janssen has extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering roles. Wade currently works at Valent U.S.A. LLC as the Associate Director - Manufacturing & Engineering, where they oversee the transformation and execution of manufacturing strategies. Prior to this, they were the Director - Supply Chain at the same company, where they led strategy across supply chain operations and influenced the development of strategic business plans. Before joining Valent U.S.A. LLC, Wade worked as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at the company, where they optimized quality and cost of goods produced across toll manufacturing sites. Previously, Wade worked as a Plant Manager at POET, where they provided strategic leadership and optimized plant production. Wade also worked as a Manufacturing Manager at Nufarm, where they led a strategic initiative to transition external SKUs to internal production. Wade started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Valent U.S.A. LLC, where they spearheaded toll manufacturing operations and served as a key member of the audit team within Research and Regulatory divisions. Wade also served as a Plant Engineer at Van Diest Supply Company.

Wade Janssen has pursued education in various fields throughout their career. Wade attended Iowa State University, where they studied Chemical Engineering. Later on, Wade Janssen enrolled in an Executive Development Coaching program at RHR International. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix.
