Сергей Сомарев

Сергей Сомарев currently serves as the Head of Business Development at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, a position they have held since 2019. They previously worked at various companies, including Valenta Pharmaceuticals as the Gastro Business Development Head and Teva Pharmaceuticals as a Portfolio Manager. Сергей's earlier experience includes roles at AKRIKHIN/Polpharma as a Launch Manager and Project Manager, where they developed project plans and led integrations. They began their career at Pharm JSC “AKRIKHIN” as a Leading Specialist in the Analytical Research Department and later as a Senior Technology Engineer in R&D, where they contributed to the launch of 10 medicine products and secured three patents. Sergey earned a degree in Engineer-Technologist of Organic Substances from the Russian Chemistry-Technological University named after D.I. Mendeleev.
