The Valentina Cubi Winery is located in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica in a small 18th century village inside an ancient rural courtyard owned by the company. The company, in the hands of Mrs. Valentina, has produced 100% certified organic wines since 2014 with only its own native cultivars of Valpolicella. The organic cultivation method adopted since 2007 is a true philosophy aimed at the well-being of the consumer and respect for the surrounding environment. The wines produced are distinguished by their elegance, freshness and exaltation of the grapes from which they are born. "Morar" Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, certified organic since 2010, represents the flagship of the company that after long years of aging in large barrels, expresses its full potential over time. Valentina Cubi has created an artisan reality that follows all the processing phases and pays particular attention to the cultivation of the vineyards. 10 hectares of vineyards, 3 hectares of olive groves and 50,000 bottles produced per year. These are the numbers of the company that next to the Cellar, open all year for visits and tastings, has a Farmhouse with 5 luxurious Suites with the possibility of overnight stay and breakfast from April to October.
