Debi Heck

Debi Heck is an experienced executive in client success and member engagement within the healthcare sector, currently serving as SVP of Client Success & Member Engagement at Vālenz Health® since March 2025. Previously, Debi held a similar role at Healthcare Bluebook, overseeing strategies for a multi-million dollar portfolio impacting over 10 million lives, and was integral to the executive leadership team. Expertise in building client success functions was demonstrated at Pivot, where Debi scaled operations significantly. Throughout a diverse career, positions included leadership roles at American Specialty Health, Aon Consulting Worldwide, Matria HealthCare, St. Lukes Episcopal Hospital, and StayWell Health Management, showcasing a strong background in wellness management and client engagement strategies.
