Adhithyan S is currently an Engineer in Regulation & Compliance at Valeo, specializing in Power Thermal - Front End Module teams and overseeing regulatory submissions to ensure compliance with international standards. Previously, they served as a Junior Engineer at the same company, where they managed projects for Alternator, Starter, and Restarter systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure market entry compliance. Adhithyan also gained valuable experience as an R&D Intern, focusing on Powertrain Electrified Mobility Systems and conducting simulation analyses. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics from SRI Krishna College of Engineering and Technology and are currently completing their ISC XII at Excel Central School.
