Cesar Sanchez has extensive experience in engineering and program management within the automotive and manufacturing industries. Starting as a Product Engineer at CORE Composites Corporation from May 2011 to August 2012, Cesar progressed to roles such as New Products Sr Engineer at Therma Tru (March 2016 - October 2017) and Launch Coordinator at Key Safety Systems (September 2012 - March 2016). At Joyson Safety Systems, from November 2017 to February 2020, Cesar served as NPI & Engineering Superintendent, leading new product introductions and acting as a key liaison between customers and assembly plants. Currently, Cesar is a Program Manager at Valeo since March 2020.
