Daniel Colunga

Daniel Colunga is an experienced quality management professional with a robust background in the automotive and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Quality Director for Valeo since April 2019, Daniel also holds the position of Senior Quality Assurance Consultant at Ambe Engineering LLC since February 2018. Previously, Daniel was the Quality Director at HELLA from March 2011 to December 2017, overseeing operations in the Lighting division in Mexico. Daniel's extensive experience in quality assurance spans over two decades, including a significant tenure as Quality Director at General Motors from July 1987 to February 2011. Daniel holds a Master in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Master in Engineering focusing on Quality and Productivity from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila.
