Dimitri Kloster is currently a Product Technical Leader - Lighting at Valeo, acting as the interface between Ford and Valeo in product development and change management, responsible for development coordination from pre-developments to ongoing production support. Previously, Dimitri worked as a Quality Engineer at Bertrandt Group, focusing on Forward Model Quality in Ford’s Chassis & Vehicle Engineering, and held positions at Volkswagen Group as an Energy Analyst and at Ford Motor Company as an intern executing a Quality Function Deployment Analysis. Dimitri also gained international experience as a scholarship owner in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law through DAAD and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at Hochschule Bielefeld.
