Fabrice Pires

Fabrice Pires is currently the Group Electronics Industrial Manager at Valeo, where they optimize SMT lines across 20 sites globally and standardize group KPIs. Previously, they served as the Manufacturing Process Expertise Manager at Valeo, managing a team in electronics board manufacturing and overseeing over 100 process standards. Fabrice began their career as an Interconnection Material Engineer at STMicroelectronics and later worked as an Electronics Technology Expert for Thales, where they conducted technological studies and project support. They hold a PhD in Material Sciences from INSA Lyon and a French Engineering degree in Chemistry from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier.
