Frederic LALLOIS

Frederic LALLOIS currently serves as the Responsable Qualité Production du Site de Valeo Chatellerault at Valeo since July 2019, overseeing a team of 6 analysts and 2 technicians while managing and reducing scrap in production. Previously, Frederic held the position of Superviseur for ZAP 1 & ZAP 2 Timonerie at Valeo from 2013 to 2015, responsible for optimizing production and managing teams across multiple assembly lines. Frederic began earlier career roles in the Bureau d'etude as a Concepteur Avant Projets, focusing on system design for new markets, as well as in MEP Qualité, where responsibilities included defining action plans, creating validation procedures, and managing quality issues.
