Gladwin Selvaraj is a Mechanical Design Leader with extensive experience in automotive HVAC design. They began their career at Valeo India Private Limited, where they served as a Senior Design Engineer from 2010 to 2015. Following this, they worked as an Automotive HVAC Product and Development Engineer at Sanden Corporation from 2015 to 2019, and then as an Automotive Compressor Design Engineer at Sanden International until 2021. Currently, Gladwin leads a design team at Valeo, utilizing their expertise in CATIA V5 and product development. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences and an MBA in Production from Annamalai University.
