Gross Laurent

Gross Laurent is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources and employee relations, currently serving as the Power Division Employee Relations Director at Valeo since May 2016, overseeing a diverse workforce across 48,700 employees and 160 sites in 24 countries. Previously, Gross held various leadership roles within Valeo, including Human Resources Director for multiple product groups, focusing on areas such as electrification and connected cars. Prior to Valeo, Gross worked at AREVA as Group Industrial Relations Manager and HR Manager for the Kazakhstan mining project, as well as in HR roles at Valeo Engine Cooling and Carbone Lorraine. Gross holds advanced degrees in Human Resources from CIFFOP and CFA IGS, along with a background in law from Université Paris 13 and CY Cergy Paris Université.
