Hadeel Aly

Hadeel Aly possesses extensive experience in human resources and language instruction. Beginning as a Language Instructor at Berlitz Egypt from 2015 to 2016, Hadeel focused on teaching English and providing communication skills training to adults. Hadeel later joined Valeo, serving in various HR roles from November 2017 to August 2019, including Talent Acquisition Senior Coordinator, HR Recruitment Officer, Talent Acquisition Team Leader, HR Coordinator, and Site HR Project Manager. Responsibilities included leading recruitment efforts, enhancing candidate experience, and managing HR transformations. Additionally, Hadeel held the position of Site HR Business Partner with a focus on Talent Development. Prior to this, Hadeel worked at Vodafone Egypt as an International Account Senior Advisor from January 2010 to December 2014, where complaint resolution and team development were key duties. Hadeel is currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Economics from October 6 University.
