Jan Grundel

Jan Grundel is currently an Industrialization Manager in the Driving Automation division at Valeo, where they lead the Advanced Industrial Technologies team focused on developing and implementing AI solutions for manufacturing processes. Previously, Grundel served as the Head of Operations Quality and Quality Excellence at Continental, overseeing quality across nine manufacturing locations globally. With a background in quality management, they have held various leadership roles at Continental, including Head of Focus Factory and Customer Quality Manager, managing substantial teams and driving improvements in customer satisfaction and quality departments. Jan holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Czech Technical University in Prague.
