Jayakumar G

Jayakumar G has over three decades of experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Group President India and Managing Director at Valeo since November 2010. Prior to this role, Jayakumar held various positions at Valeo, including Managing Director and Powertrain Systems Business Operations Director. Before joining Valeo, Jayakumar worked at Lear Corporation from August 1998 to October 2010, where responsibilities included General Manager and Senior Manager of Business Development. Jayakumar began career at Bosch India, where the role was Senior Engineer from August 1991 to July 1998. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology and completion of the Valeo Global Management Program at CEDEP, Fontainebleau.
