Kacem BYA is currently pursuing a Licence de droit in private French law at Université Abdelmalek Essaâdi while also attending the Executive Education Inspire Programme at London Business School in 2025. Previously, Kacem served as Country HR Director at Valeo and as an HR Business Partner at GMD METAL TANGER from 2012 to 2014. Kacem also worked as a junior consultant at Emtil RH from 2011 to 2012. Kacem holds a BAC + 5 in Human Resource Management from ENCG Tanger, where they studied from 2005 to 2011.
