Laurent Guilloit

Laurent Guilloit has extensive experience in the automotive industry, notably within Valeo, where roles have included Operation Manager and Sales Manager at Valeo Four Seasons and Product Line Industrial Director in the Thermal System Valeo Business group. Starting a Joint Venture, responsibilities included full P&L and cash management, customer portfolio development, and activity transfer to Eastern Europe. As Product Group Industrial Director from 2013 to 2017, Laurent oversaw industrial management across five factories on three continents, leading production performance and innovative product standards. Previous roles encompassed plant management and senior site general management with a focus on profitability, social relations, and international collaboration, including significant projects in electrification.
