Łukasz Mitoński is an R&D Product Technical Leader currently studying Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering at Cracow University of Technology. Previously, they held the position of Advanced Product Engineer at BWI Group from 2018 to 2021, where they focused on the construction and validation of shock absorbers for passenger cars. Łukasz also worked at Valeo in 2024 as a senior member of the Product Team, leading R&D technical projects and managing design reviews. Their earlier experience includes various roles at DTW Sp. z o.o. and BWI Group, where they contributed to product development and quality control. Łukasz earned a Master’s degree in Automation and Robotics from Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki in 2009.
