Matthieu Polloni

Matthieu Polloni is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and production management. Currently serving as the Site General Manager at Valeo since October 2018, Matthieu has also held the position of Directeur de Production Site & Deputy Site General Manager. Concurrently, Matthieu has been involved with the CCIH – Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Hainaut since June 2015 as a Board Member and Business Leader Club coordinator. Previous roles include Operations Manager at CRH Structural Concrete Belgium and various positions at Doosan Construction Equipment, including Operations Director for the Heavy Business Unit EMEA, where Matthieu was responsible for optimizing operations across Europe. Matthieu's early career includes significant contributions at Valeo, focusing on production systems and quality management.
